Chinatown Summer Nights is located in Chinatown’s own Central Plaza and Mandarin Plaza. On Broadway, from College to Bernard Street. Bike racks and plenty of lot parking available. – Neighborhood Map here

Bamboo Plaza Parking Structure located at 988 N. Hill Street; close at 12am. Parking entrance is at 420 Bernard Street.

Blossom Plaza Parking Garage
Parking Garage hours during Chinatown Summer Nights is 4pm-2am. The City’s Blossom Plaza Parking facility will serve the needs of the Gold Line Station transit users, patrons and employees of Blossom Plaza’s retail and commercial space and the visitors and residents of the Chinatown community. Regular hours of operation will be from 8a.m thru midnight.

Entrances to the Blossom Plaza Parking Facility are adjacent to the Chinatown Gold Line Station from both Spring and College Streets.  Parking rates at the City parking facility are:

Blossom Plaza Parking Facility

  • $1.00 per hour for the First 2 hours
  • $2.00 for the 3rd hour
  • $1.00 each 30 minutes thereafter
  • $8.00 Daily Maximum
  • $3.00 Flat Rate after 6:00 p.m.
  • $2.00 Daily Rate for Transit Users with Validation.

Chinatown Business Improvement District

The mission of the Los Angeles Chinatown Business Improvement District is to creatively plan, manage and facilitate the rebirth of historic Chinatown as a multinational culturally defined, economically vibrant and socially engaging community.


Santa Monica-based public radio station KCRW (89.9FM and features an eclectic mix of music, news, information and cultural shows, as well as programming from National Public Radio. KCRW is the official music and media partner of Chinatown Summer Nights, with the station’s tastemaking DJs providing the soundtrack each evening.
